Growing Concerns
This is my favourite little garden centre in London, chiefly because it’s not a million miles away from where I live, but also because it’s dog friendly – they make a fuss of Edwyn when ever we visit and allow him in the sweet little shop.
Plus they sell tea and home made cake and last but not least everything I’ve bought from there has been a) very reasonably priced, and b) grows into a rigorous healthy plant. Plus you get loads of free advice and handy growing tips.
It’s not a huge place, and it’s tucked away between the Hertford Union canal & St Marks Gate entrance to Victoria Park, so you can park up in the handy free car park and then have a lovely walk along the canal or around Victoria park, or walk a bit further up to Broadway market (on a Saturday) which is one of my favourite markets.
